The right note was struck when the Washington Post writer quoted Tim’s attorney Pat Shea Monday.  Pat suggested that “constructive civil disobedience” has been forgotten for over the last generation of our Environmental movement.  Moreover, the article seemed to me to get the story and Tim’s point of view quite accurate.  I keep being encouraged by Tim’s ability to handle the gaggle of press and the glare of the spotlight.
